Puppies

Our Spring puppies are now happily in their new homes.  For now, our waiting list for late Summer/Fall puppies is closed.    We do hope to have a winter litter.  You're welcome to contact us for any additional information.  (Updated 05/2026)

We are thrilled to note that many of our dogs work as therapy dogs in many different fields including hospitals, schools, nursing homes, courtrooms and airports, even assisting in military missions!
Courtesy of Ms. Betty Hamilton, we recently received these beautiful photos of Maisey Mae. Maisey Mae is a member of the Paws for Passenger Therapy Dog Program at Asheville Airport. If you don't meet her personally while she greets arriving and departing passengers, she can be seen on the video slide show screens around the airport. As part of the program, she celebrates Valentines Day by giving out free kisses to those who stop by. Flying is no big deal to Maisey Mae and she flies regularly with her family to Florida.

Maisey Mae is also part of the Paws on a Mission therapy dog program at Mission Hospital. Thank you to Betty and Maisey Mae for all they do to comfort people in the community.
Marietta Roberts shared this uplifting news about her blenheim "Roman". He flew through the skies on every mission with her nephew , Marine Captain Link Terry when he was deployed to Afghanistan last August. We are happy to report that they have both returned safe and sound to the U.S. A special thank you to Captain Terry, his family and Roman for their service.
Recently on the News, Ms. Joan Wright with her cavalier "Duncan" a therapy dog at the Ivey Memory Wellness Day Center, Charlotte - click here for the full story. A big congratulations to both on the wonderful work they are doing in the community. Thank you for sharing, Joan.

We appreciate this heart-warming article shared with us - by Judge Norma Ogle. Click here.

Thanks to the Hanks family who took this stunning photo of their four smoky mountain cavaliers in Santa Fe, NM. A note from them: I hope you and your family are doing well and enjoying the holidays. I just wanted to check in with you and share a picture of our cavaliers taken this summer. I sent you a picture taken on the same rock two years ago just after we picked up Reilly, our ruby male. Well, he's all grown up and now the picture includes the baby, Stella the black-tan. All four are absolutely wonderful and have no health issues. Thanks again for your beautiful dogs.
THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE WHO HAVE THOUGHTFULLY KEPT ME UPDATED ON THEIR NEW FAMILY MEMBERS; MANY OF YOU WHOM ARE ENJOYING THREE AND FOUR OF OUR DOGS. SORRY I HAVE NOT GOTTEN AROUND TO INCLUDING ALL OF YOU ON HERE BUT PLEASE KNOW I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR KIND COMMENTS AND UPDATES.

TESTIMONY WITH KIND PERMISSION OF THE GLASS FAMILY.

"Hi Ingrid,
I just want you to know that our little girl is doing great. We finally decided to name her Clara Elvis Glass. I think we told you that our family has named most of our boy dogs after Lonesome Dove (a favorite TV miniseries) characters. There are only two female characters in the movie-Lori'darlin' and Clara....we thought Clara was a sweet fit for our girl after our granddaughters said yes they loved Clara......come to find out they were thinking of Clara in the Nutcracker ballet...so everybody is happy with the name we will call her. Clara visited her new vet today. Dr. Jesse Thompson, Monroe, NC, has been our family vet for a long time, he's also our neighbor and friend. We all like him so much. He's a well educated, experienced and thorough doctor and a caring lover of animals. He has 'been there' for all of our many family pets, sometimes in the dead of night. An added advantage is that we can board Clara at Dr. Thompson's on the rare occasions that we can't take her with us on trips. Dr. Thompson was most impressed with your 'on paper' breeding practices, veterinary care and documentation of same, as well as pedigree documentation. He said he totally agreed with everything in your CONGRATULATIONS document, in fact, he made a copy of it....he said it was clear, concise and well written....and that combined with our excellent personal experience with you, that we 'did good' in choosing- not only the appropriate dog breed for our lifestyle-but also in choosing an excellent Cavalier breeder.

Already, Clara is much loved and adored. Our granddaughters, Phoebe-6, and Audrey-3, love her and she them. She is so sweet and well behaved.....she hasn't cried once, is an excellent cuddler, and is so smart. We are so happy to have found her. Serendipity is just a wonderful thing.

Thank you for your good love and work for this sweet dog. We are so happy to welcome Clara into our family and so grateful that we found you. We'll keep you updated about how sweet Clara is doing."

"Hello Ingrid!
I hope you are well. I cannot tell you how much we love Ginger! She is such a wonderful addition to our family. We are all madly in love with her. She is fun, sweet, and cuddly. She is doing great in the crate at night. We are working on the potty training! :) We had the Siachos kids and the Likes kids all meet today at school dismissal. They all attend Christ Church Episcopal School and the Cavaliers are our mascot. On Friday the kids get to wear t shirts instead of their usual collared uniform shirt. We thought you would like to see all of the dogs together from Smoky Mountain Cavaliers. They are all very loved and very precious to all of our families. Thank you for all that you do to provide us with such wonderful family companions!

Best!
Elizabeth"
